The Value of an Annual SWOT Analysis
Atlanta— January 31, 2023— The Perimeter Chamber will partner with the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) DeKalb Office to produce an educational virtual series titled BizEd during 2023.
The first event BizEd: Strategic Planning, The Value of an Annual SWOT Analysis will take place on February 15, 2023 at 10am.
Mark Collier, Area Director of the DeKalb SBDC Office, will teach this session covering the value and how-to's of strategic planning to start and/or grow your business. Including:
- How to establish your Mission and Vision Statements
- The Importance of Core Values
- How to conduct a SWOT Analysis
- Next steps
