Web Description: The Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs serve the cities of Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven in both Dekalb and Fulton counties) are self-taxing districts that use additional property taxes to help accelerate needed transportation and infrastructure improvement projects.
